Steffen and Karen went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The large garden is exceptional and we appreciated being encouraged to use it freely. The cottage is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the welcome pack. Steffen and Karen were very accommodating when our flight time changed at the last minute, which was very much appreciated. They provided lots of information about the island, which helped us plan our week, spent exploring the island on foot and by bus. The cottage is conveniently placed for good walks, the bus stop and the local Graciosa is a lovely island to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

Casa Pico is a really lovely apartment. We could even live in it happily! It has everything you need and more, for example, mountains of closet space and lots of coat hangers. But more importantly, it is the whole package that makes it such a lovely place to stay. The views over to Pico Mountain and the sea are beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous with so many different spots for relaxing. I loved the hammocks. Karen and Steffen are such hospitable hosts, helping out with so many things, such as making sure we used the bikes, providing some breakfast supplies when we arrived late on a Sunday, and even doing some washing for us. The lovely patio was perfect for evening meals. We did some lovely walks to, and around the caldera which is close by.This property so exceeded our expectations and we would come back in a heartbeat.

The place managed by Karen and Steffen is excatly this what we search and have found. They care about each detail, starting from arrival to Quinta and further to any aspect of the staying. The place is fantastic if you search calm, clean and probably one of the best view from Graciosa Island. There is everything inside the accommodation you could need, including privacy. The view at the front of the house is absolutely spectacular! We could see all 4 of the other islands within the central group of the Azores, amazing! With Sao Jorge and Faial in the foreground, Pico behind it with its volcano Pico that we could see and all the way to the left we could also see Terceira. No house in front of us, just green lush terrain. The house seems to have been recently renovated and the interior is really beautiful and tastefully done. It is a spacious house, with separate kitchen and separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare our meals there for several days. The bed is situated in the beautiful spacious living room and is very comfortable, we slept great! The small coffee corner in the front room of the diningroom is a beautiful lookout post in any weather, but especially on a rainy day. In the large living room there is also a corner set up for yoga or gymnastics exercises, very nice! At the back of the house we saw also a BBQ, which we didn't use, but is a nice extra.

Beautiful house in Graciosa, with a spectacular view directly to the sea and close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is very complete every day. Our stay was comforting and above all we had the kind and warm attention of Isabel. We had excellent communication with her every moment of our stay, with 24/7 availability. She made our stay even more pleasant.

Rodrigo is a perfect host, he really took care about us. We received every morning fresh bread directly to door, he helped us even with car rental and also a car rental on Sao Jorge island! He has a great connections, if you travel around central part of the Azores :) The apartment was really nice, with a great view to the sea. I can only recommend it.
