Absolutely gorgeous! This is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed during my trip through Sth America. When you walk through the front door it is an endless display of colour and traditional features leading to a pretty garden. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean. Breakfast is delicious with a generous variety of options served overlooking the garden. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, great value for money.

It was very clean, comfortable and quiet
We got a very spacious private room with private bathroom that was perfect. The bathroom had hot water which was perfect after a day of travelling.
We had breakfast (which was very good) on the rooftop with a beautiful view .
Eddy (the manager) was very helpful. He booked for us a 2 days trek to colca canyon from Arequipa with transfer to Puno. He also helped us to get back our lost luggages.

Perfect location, super nice room, very friendly price. It faces directly the walls of the historic building. The room was spacious, very clean, newly decorated and bright.
This property has everything you could need. The rooms are basic but they have hot water, it’s very clean and also comfortable. Just a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas so it’s a great location. The staff were great, always cheerful and helpful. The lady at breakfast was wonderful and pointed out the main views to us from the roof. The breakfast is the best we have had in Peru! They even did a takeaway one for us when we had to check out before breakfast had started. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money.
