It’s a nice clean three bedroom house that is close to everything. We walked to the restaurant. I would stay there again.

When we went to Franz Josef it rained heavily for 2 days, therefore having a centrally located place that was warm, cosy, clean & had enough facilities & appliances for us to be entertained & feel dry & relaxed made all the difference to being indoors.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and we got an upgrade when we got there. Lady at the front desk advised us of all the facilities available and local attractions and restaurants available.
this is an amazingly run facility, great value for money, fast internet (I did some virtual meetings when there), very clean rooms. Fast checkin, you can tell this place is very well run. Kudos to the staff and mgmt and the price was very reasonable.
We liked the privacy of the cottage (the Kamahi holiday house) and the hot tub, which was very clean. Something to note is the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are accessed from the front deck, so no internal access to these rooms. This suited us with teenagers, who also loved having their own bathrooms, but for younger children it might not be ideal. We didn't realise this was the layout when we booked.
I received a very warm welcome at reception, I loved the fresh milk and DVD collection available to use in room. The room were very clean and well appointed.
Very clean and comfortable small holiday home estate a little outside the main drag of Franz Josef. Spacious self-catering accomodation, comfy bed, good bathrooms. Best to be in a car if you want to eat in the township itself.
