Everything! It’s practical, having all the amenities of modern living. Yet, it has a delightful rustic charm that appeals to the traveller who wants to unwind. Herbs in the garden, birds singing, no one can see you, untamed natural vegetation surrounding you just 1 minute off the main highway. Which I will add for city folk is an old world two lane highway. We recommend to all lifestyles.

Wonderful secluded beach cottage in forest setting 15 minutes south of Punakaiki. Pleasant 10 minute walk to beach. All necessary conveniences with comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchenette. Nice hot tub a minute walk away, shared with the other nearby cottage.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
It was very clean and a good location for local shops/ walks. The bed was so cozy, especially with the Dyson heater pumping out warmth.
I appreciated the milk/butter/jam and salami in the fridge.
We made a last minute booking at the tiny home as friends were going to see a band in Blackball and invited us to join them. They too were staying in the tiny houses which they stayed in before and rated well. We loved our stay. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well located to where we we going, just a few minutes walk and extremely well priced. Highly recommend if staying in Blackball. Loved that we got a sample pack of the famous and delicious Blackball Salami.
Great location. Close to pubs. Nice touches like quality Dyson heater, excellent shower, super comfortable bed. Very clean and everything just right!
