These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
I had an excellent stay for two nights. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great - right by a great snorkelling beach and also a good bar. The property was lovely and the room perfect - a/c was also appreciated! The property was very clean and the internet very good.
Beautiful beach outside the property. Virginia made great breakfasts every morning. She was very understanding when we could not make the first night of accomodation. The place was always very clean, she came in and made our bed each day. It was a very comfortable stay - the best we have had in Nicaragua so far!
Room was very clean and you have everything you need: warm water, soap, shampoo, air con, super comfy towels.
There’s a nice terrace and garden to relax at the end of the day. The beach is across the road or 15 min walking to Arenas Beach.
Owner is a very friendly lady, she arranged breakfast for us as we arrived at her place at 8am. Breakfast was excellent, milk and coconut bread especially were delicious.
We were a bit cautious due to the bad reviews about cleanliness. This was not needed, because the rooms and the kitchen were very clean. The bathroom had a dark stain on the floor, but it was clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. AC works. Beds are comfortable.
The host was a really nice person. The hostel has a lovely porch where we spent a while relaxing in the company of the Max (owner's dog).
Beds were comfortable and very clean. Shower was great.
