My friends and I had a great 3 day stay at the Villa. Luis and Juan are very responsive and helpful for whatever you need. The house is beautiful and right on the lagoon to enjoy whenever you want.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside space was well maintained and had multiple areas for hanging out, eating, swimming, and relaxing. The (very very) blue lagoon is only 3-4 feet deep in front of the property for about 100 meters which was a great surprise. Very short (10 min.) drive to the city center but there are a lot of good food/drink options closer to the property (6 min. drive). I will be telling all of my friends to book this place when they visit Bacalar!

We got an upgrade to departamento 11. Which was good communicated. The appartment was amazing. Very clean, warm showers and airconditioning in the sleeping room. There was also a fridge available
Rooms are a little basic for a Wyndham but it's a nice hotel. We were upgraded. The room was very clean, spacious. Air-conditioning and wifi worked well. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, buns, chilaquiles (nachos) beans, and fruit. The coffee is very weak. The pool looks nice but we didn't use. Location is good near the marina.
There was no WiFi and we were told the WiFi is work and that was bullshit. No wifi the entire time. The toilets were stained and not cleaned well and the entire bathroom was not very clean. Cracked tiles and so in the bathroom.
