Everything!!!! Really beautiful surrounding, oasis of calmness, and of course… the most attentive, friendly and kindest host we have met! Eduardo is super friendly, makes sure you’re okay, always willing to help and he just makes the whole experience a 10/10! But also the ladies, who cook breakfast (which is lovely!!), who clean your room perfectly clean every day, are amazingly friendly.
It is super nice to walk up with the sunset, with a view over the lake, have your breakfast with this view, park your car here safely, walk within half an hour to the city and walk to many great restaurants nearby. Please follow Eduardo’s recommendations because we had the best dinner, every night!

This place is really great. Very stylish & extraprdinary design, minimalistic and very tasteful. There is everything you need - big kitchen, free water, hammock, comfy bed, huge shower, etc.
There is also a nice outdoor area where you can have breakfast in the morning.
It is very quiet and only a 10 min. walk to the centre.
Our host also gave us good recommendations for restaurants, bars and more…

We got an upgrade to departamento 11. Which was good communicated. The appartment was amazing. Very clean, warm showers and airconditioning in the sleeping room. There was also a fridge available
Rooms are a little basic for a Wyndham but it's a nice hotel. We were upgraded. The room was very clean, spacious. Air-conditioning and wifi worked well. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, buns, chilaquiles (nachos) beans, and fruit. The coffee is very weak. The pool looks nice but we didn't use. Location is good near the marina.
There was no WiFi and we were told the WiFi is work and that was bullshit. No wifi the entire time. The toilets were stained and not cleaned well and the entire bathroom was not very clean. Cracked tiles and so in the bathroom.
Perfect for travellers! Relax in your room after exploring Chetumal, the house was very clean and the bathroom and common areas are shared with up to two other people.
