The staff were super professional and helpful. One time I went to for a sightseeing, they contacted their regular company. We were supposed to arrive at 4 pm, but I asked the driver to pass by a local shop, at 5 pm they were calling the driver to check if I'm okay or not. They also celebrated my birthday. It a beautiful property and surrounded by mesmerising landscape. Like you can spend the entire evening roaming around in the backyard where our host has been growing all sorts of fancy stuff ( strawberries, passion fruit, oranges… you name it). To top it all you get to play with Simba(shyest feline you’ll ever meet). I wish we were there for a few more days but definitely recommend it to everyone who is going to Nuwara Eliya

The place was so calm and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond. We spent two nights and decided not to do anything else on the middle day. Went on a tour of the tea plantation in the morning and had all meals there. Helped us feel revived!! The butler, chef and other staff were excellent! Definitely worth the drive out.

He brought us directly some nice tea and also prepared some breakfast. He is very passionate about improving his property.
