Sigiriya was our last stop in Sri Lanka after four weeks of holidays with our three children, and we could not thought of a better place to finish our trip. The place is very comfortable, has a beautiful view on the lion rock, and is SO quiet! That is exactly what we wanted! Plus, Suriya and his lovely family welcomed us as we were part of them. We instantly felt a connexion with them and our children loved the stay there. As a bonus, the breakfast is absolutely amazing such whatever our hosts cooked ☺️

The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and even brought up a second breakfast the first day when they realized I couldn’t eat most of what they originally brought up since I can’t eat wheat. WiFi is excellent and was sufficient for me to complete a 2 hour online meeting. There is a washing machine for guest use and bottled water as well as a kitchen although we didn’t use it beyond making tea. I dropped my headphone case and didn’t realize one bud escaped until we had checked out and got a message from the owner who was kind enough to arrange a tuk tuk to bring it out to me after a dive trip later that day. Truly going above and beyond.

Stock photos does not do a good job to describe the place. The villa is quite and isolated place with good privacy. We hang out by the beautiful pool and in the garden at the end of the day. kids loved to run around in the garden. house is newly renowned, new furniture,nice roomy bed rooms, clean lines, comfortable beds and clean newly renowned bath rooms. Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The hotel was very clean and very nice to stay at. Very worth it for the money. The beach is famous for being beautiful and was really nice to swim at and its very close to pigeon island. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Dileswaran!

Ocean front has very clean and comfortable rooms. Two bed rooms, two bathrooms, large lounge, and full kitchen in a separate room. It was great being able to spread out as a family in a comfortable and clean space. The pool was really good and the hotel grounds large and green. There is also direct access to the beach. Nilaveli beach is a great chilled out place.
Very peaceful and quite place for chilling some days and very close from the beach. Suresh and his family try to make my stay very cozy. Everything was very clean. They provide delicious breakfast by order and help me with all my arrangements on the visits I did. I will come back for sure.
This was the best accommodation I had in Sri Lanka so far. The room was big and very clean. The owners are so kind and answered all my questions and the Guesthouse is only a few minutes away from the quiet Nilaveli Beach. The breakfast was delicious!!
Visbuhan questhouse was the best we had untill solar. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The family was the best, everything is possible. The fresh grilled fish was soo good never ate such wonderfull fish.
The sea is 300 meters and you can go for dolphin watching. Everything is perfect!!
