The staff were very welcoming. Lea at the reception was very friendly she welcomed us with a beautiful smile and briefly told us about the hotel. During our stay, the staff kept on checking on us if everything was good. The roof swimming pool was very clean with a beautiful view. I appreciated their transparency. After we checked out, Nivine from the administration office called us to ask us about our stay and asked us if we have any recommendation.
