The owners were amazing and really put their heart into their B&B. The room was modern and very clean, and the breakfast was a beautiful and delicious personal touch. Even the air conditioning worked well. Highly recommended!
The location is perfect- easy to get to la Spezia and to major motorways to either Genova or Tuscany or Bologna etc...There is a shopping mall with a supermarket near by and a few bars, restaurants and small stores in the area. The host lady was very nice to all of us, especially our kids! The studio was very clean with a small wardrobe and the shower was perfect and also spotlessly clean. And the kitchen had all necessary equipment to cook minor meals or breakfast. The main bed was very comfortable. It was a good value for money overall.
Lovely place. Delicious italian breakfast, very cute kitchen. Very clean. Only two families can stay at one time at the facility, which means a lot of piece and quiet.
Everything was great! The place was cool during the very hot italian summer, very clean, nice room size, comfy, fully equipped with everything! The little playground for the kids is great! The pool was really amazing! Nice place to eat outside on the terrace. Good parking, good location, shops, eating possibilities are nearby, public transport is nearby.
What else do you need? Oh, and the price was also OK!

Parking is free all over the town,, there are public street lots, it is easy to find a parking space, but you have to carry the luggages some 50 60 meters to the appartment

The outdoor seating was great , staff were friendly- he made us a pot of tea when we arrived and was gracious,
breakfast was delicious and generous. The rooms were very clean.
