The apartment was very comfortable, very well equipped and pleasant and the owner (Lukas) was very friendly. We established good communication before we got there and when we arrived everything was ready (even welcome drinks)! Lukas provided options for dinner around the area and also options to reach Cinque Terre villages which where really helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had booked for more.

The host couple were amazing people, they gave us a warm welcome. The place is very clean and high standards. The bathroom was very clean and filled with all the toiletries. Nice and quiet place but very close to central. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect- easy to get to la Spezia and to major motorways to either Genova or Tuscany or Bologna etc...There is a shopping mall with a supermarket near by and a few bars, restaurants and small stores in the area. The host lady was very nice to all of us, especially our kids! The studio was very clean with a small wardrobe and the shower was perfect and also spotlessly clean. And the kitchen had all necessary equipment to cook minor meals or breakfast. The main bed was very comfortable. It was a good value for money overall.
Lovely place. Delicious italian breakfast, very cute kitchen. Very clean. Only two families can stay at one time at the facility, which means a lot of piece and quiet.
Everything was great! The place was cool during the very hot italian summer, very clean, nice room size, comfy, fully equipped with everything! The little playground for the kids is great! The pool was really amazing! Nice place to eat outside on the terrace. Good parking, good location, shops, eating possibilities are nearby, public transport is nearby.
What else do you need? Oh, and the price was also OK!
