We had a "bucket list" interest in staying in an authentic medieval village. This property is in the heart of an enchanting village that appears not to have changed in 1000 years. The property itself is completely updated on the inside for a comfortable stay. The host was also extremely responsive in helping us find parking, adjusting our check-in time when we had last minute delay, etc. Highly recommend; great value. Photos: 1. It was the best accommodation during our trip across Italy. The disposition is quite unique and interesting. The owners were very helpful and reacted quickly. The medieval town is very picturesque and pleasant and we want to definitely come back.

The host Sabrina welcomed us, always willingly answered our questions, we even received more delicious cakes during our stay. Nice location with good access to the city and nearby locations. The house we stayed in was very well maintained and functionally equipped. The whole property is well maintained and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The pool is pretty large and again very clean and well maintained.
We stayed in Il Carpignone as it was close to a wedding we were attending. It is in a very remote area. Carrado the owner was very kind and looked after us and all his guests, organising late night food deliveries and taxis. Other staff at reception also very helpful. The pool was brilliant! Had a lot of fun swimming and lounging in the sun. Pool was cleaned every night. Air con was top notch in both our rooms. Accommodation very clean, comfortable and old Italian style.
We were in 15 people family in 4 apartments. Rooms were clean. Good air condition. Very well arranged area - clean, green grass (despite of dry weather), very clean swimming pool. Friendly staff that supported us with rearrangement of one apartment.
