The house is situated in a beautiful environment with tranquility and amazing views. Owners did everything to help us be comfortable and are very friendly, from getting us Pizza on our arrival when the stores were closed, to helping plan trips and finding us the shop selling the right motor oil for our car. The house has recently been renovated and the living and sleeping rooms have have new walls, floors and switches and the kitchen received new appliances (same as the washing machine, we were the first to use it at all). The TV was better than we’ve ever seen in a holiday home. The owner was usually working the farm (makes amongst others a great red wine we got to try) and around to answer questions. The kids loved the place and especially the farmers dog and cats. The pearls of this area are in the small towns you don’t read about. Drive out to Suvereto, Castegneto Carducci (our favourite, the fountain square with view were amazing) and Massa Marrittima and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Cleanliness was good and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play their games.

Surroundings, view and house are beautiful. Sara and Baloo very welcoming. It is a great place to stay, if would have an ac or fans would be amazing. Sara prepared few brochures with basic information about what to visit, restaurant recommendations, etc.- it was nice and very useful.

Nice location with good access to the city and nearby locations. The house we stayed in was very well maintained and functionally equipped. The whole property is well maintained and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The pool is pretty large and again very clean and well maintained.
We stayed in Il Carpignone as it was close to a wedding we were attending. It is in a very remote area. Carrado the owner was very kind and looked after us and all his guests, organising late night food deliveries and taxis. Other staff at reception also very helpful. The pool was brilliant! Had a lot of fun swimming and lounging in the sun. Pool was cleaned every night. Air con was top notch in both our rooms. Accommodation very clean, comfortable and old Italian style.
We were in 15 people family in 4 apartments. Rooms were clean. Good air condition. Very well arranged area - clean, green grass (despite of dry weather), very clean swimming pool. Friendly staff that supported us with rearrangement of one apartment.
