This is a beautifully restored old house in the historic center of Deruta. Historic Deruta is small, quiet and known for its beautiful ceramics. The hosts were so nice, welcoming us personally and coming back to the property to say goodbye when we left. Although we arrived later than expected, they assured us it was no problem. This is definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed and also a great value for the money.

We loved the location! This community is a photo op in any direction. The neighbors welcomed us like family. The apartment itself was far more than what we anticipated. Everything appeared to be new. It was very comfortable and spacious. We wish we could have stayed a week.

It's a nice apartment in a great location (near the central station). All amenities work properly, and the bathroom is modern. The host was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. We had a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

It was close to the center and no stairs to get into the apartment. The stairs in the apartment were a bit steep for my 85 year old mother, but she still managed to do them for the shower. The house had everything you could possibly need. Extra blankets, shampoo, hairdryer. It was really big. My son who studies in Perugia could hang out with us. It was just wonderful.
