Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
We booked with short notice since it was heavy raining and our plan was to tent but we weren't feeling it. Very good communication with Eydís. Spacious houses and VERY clean. Would recommend to a friend and would also book again.
Very large family room, very clean and comfortable. Not as hot as other rooms in Iceland had been. Tasy breakfast with large selection. View to the harbor from the window. As a surprise to us there was a church in the building and morning mass on Sunday - just an observation.
