Lovely house and decor. Very comfy beds, we slept in the attic which was cosy. Nice touches were appreciated 👏 including the hand-knitted house slippers, telescope and binoculars. Beautiful painting of the house in the '80s before the new harbour was built.

The house is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the larger bathroom had a washer and dryer.
The setting is beautiful and we were able to explore Snaelfellness peninsula from there. No grocery store nearby, so grab some provisions in Reykjavik or Borgarnes on the way.

It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and the staff really friendly. Also it was very close to the ferry we took in the morning.
