Beautiful place with a stunning view of Reykjavik. A hot tub with thermal water feels amazing especially when the weather is cold. Huge comfy beds and lovely kitchen/ dining room/living room. Loved the sauna. The host was very kind and showed us around when we checked in. He was also available for any questions we had about the property. The place is huge and has lots of shelves and wardrobes to store your clothes and luggage. It's a short drive to the city centre and the grocery stores (around 10-15 minutes)

We simply felt welcome. As if we knew the owner, Erla, and she left the house for a while so that we could move in for our stay. The house was absolutely clean, nicely decorated, cosy, with comfortable beds, stylish furniture and generously equiped kitchen. It also has a terrace with a grill. The grocery shop is just a kilometer or so away, there is plenty room to park your car(s) in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay to the max.

It was absolutely wonderful! Warm and cosy, and Thor and Volli kindly provided treats like tea, coffee, fruit and chocolate. There was even a charging plug that saved the day. We cannot praise this wonderful little house more highly.

Everything as the surroundings are gorgeous in a lovely neighbourhood but you need a hire car to travel here. Once you get here it’s a beautiful big house with all the modern amenities required for your enjoyment and cooking. Ursula is so responsive if you have any questions. Lovely host!
The host Inga was extremely helpful. She welcomed us at arrival and explained everything. The location is perfect in Reykjavik - you can literally walk to any tourists spots or main bus stops/terminals, supermarkets within 10 mins. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby also. The apartment was very quiet and equipped with everything you would need. It is very clean and warm. We were very pleased to stay here for our time in Iceland.
Love the apartment. Is very spacious with split level and each level has its own toilet which is a bonus for family of 4.
The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. The parking behind the building is free on weekend and aft certain timing on weekday which is excellent as we happen to be there on weekends. Location is excellent is within walking distance to downtown and to all places of interest. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great staff, very clean and nice hotel, wonderful location. I was staying there with my two kids for the first night on our trip to Iceland. Great value for money! If you have a rental car, there is parking behind the house which is super convenient, and in case that one is full there is a public parking garage just across the street (Stjörnuport). Super convenient!
Very comfortable, very clean, nice and quiet. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen area. It had everything you would need and spotlessly clean. I would defiantly stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Student Hostel. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable. I was very impressed by the kitchen and common room areas. Very well thought out and very very clean. I also used the bag storage after I had checked out which let me go sight seeing with out my suit case.

The location on the town area was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy the area’s scenery and explore what Iceland has to offer.
