He was very clear on instructions on how to get to the house since it was kind of in the middle of nowhere. He was responsive in the morning about an earlier check in than we had currently asked for. The place was clean, had all the things necessary to store/cook food. A lot of natural light in the morning with all the windows (which I love) and a great place to hopefully see the northern lights.

We loved our stay here! As a coeliac vegetarian it is often hard to eat abroad, but the staff here catered to me exceptionally. I had a different meal all three nights and was made toast for breakfast. If you don't have my allergies, the breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. Lovely location, we had a car so could get out and about, but spent most evenings at the hotel as it's so nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean!
This wonderful century old house is a treat to stay at. Quaint, comfortable and very clean. Very good value for Husafell and convenient for the many good walks. The host is very caring and generous, and will often provide waffles and soup, as well as the plentiful breakfast. We have stayed twice for several days and would love to return. Just a note: There are quite steep steps in the house.
Great host, beautyful old, traditional house. I felt like in move from previous centoury. Host like Santa Close and his house.
I have to add that it was very clean i well equipped.
Lovely room, good beds, very clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and the staff were really friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent. The pool was closed due to renovation but the hotel offered us a discount on the trip to the nature baths.
