We liked that we had the entire place to our selves. We were glad we arrived during daylight because it is a bit difficult to find in the dark. We liked the kitchen. Liked the living room. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet place to sleep!

Warm, comfortable, beautiful views over the countryside. Loved the sauna and plunge pool! The outdoor bath was a lovely touch too. Great spot.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Family friendly property with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very cosy and homely feel. Very clean and well looked after. Great outdoor area for sitting out. Also plenty for children to play including zip line and trampoline. Great location for exploring West Cork and less than 10mins from Rosscarbery which has plenty of activities for the children in Smuggler's Cove.
Everything was lovely. Polite host came to greet us and we had so much privacy. Very clean and comfortable. So cozy for a romantic night away from the kiddies. Breakfast basket was beautiful and shower perfect but being ur toiletries.
Great contact in advance if the stay. The place was lovely - very clean and warm. Definitely recommend. Would be nice to have friends check in to another cabin as there is outdoor seating and a fire pit so would be a good setting.
We loved our stay, we stayed in the 2 bed property, were given a very warm welcome by Fabienne and found the property to be very clean, comfortable with everything we needed. I felt they went above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their stay, for example they provided a phone number where they can be reached at any time and in the kitchen there was tea, coffee and condiments which was very handy. Ballyroe is in a very rural setting but only a few mins drive from Leap.
