Hostess and owner Geraldine, also called "Boots", was so gracious, kind, and attentive. We would go back just to spend more time with her. Since our trip was in honor of our father whose days are numbered, the Balsoon Lodge was a welcoming and safe respite. The home, decor, and grounds were top notch.

The place was wonderful, very spacious, well decorated, very inviting, and very clean. Everything that we expected was there. The YouTube video on how to retrieve the key was very useful.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
