This is a beautiful home. It is perfect for a holiday in Kilkenny as it is very central. It was clean, comfortable with all amenities. My son was delighted to find the bicycle and be able to explore the area this way. Would definitely stay in this house again.

The property did not at all live up to expectations. Given the price (over 900 for two nights), we expected an element of luxury. However, this was in no way the case. The cottage was not clean and there was a serious problem with flies. There were dead flies congregating in the bathroom and bedrooms. When we returned home in the evening there there were dead flies on the beds and in the sheets. When this was brought to the attention of the host, they acknowledged it but took no action to find a solution.
