The location was lovely in the countryside. A wonderful welcome basket and the place was spotless. We had a magical New Year’s Eve as a family of 3 and the base behind the location even had fireworks. It was very easy to find and the beds were very comfortable.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. We so wanted this to be the ideal hotel where family could stay before our daughter's wedding. There is so much like - bar and terrace overlook the lakes and bar staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout.
Room very clean, only problem was TV signal was not good on BBC channels. Breakfast excellent, when my wife asked for a oatmilk coffee and oatmeal porridge staff were great arranging these.
I loved the Spa, very clean and organized. The room was perfect, the only thing was that I had requested a room with 2 beds but was only given one with one bed. I reported this issue, and it was promptly resolved.
The room space, tidiness and overall facilities was excellent. The bathroom was lovely. The Gravel Pit restaurant for evening meals and breakfast was very and highly recommended. The location, and general area is very clean and attractive. The early morning walk to the nature reserve was particularly pleasant and pleasing.
