Lovely location and a great host who was super helpful the whole time we were there. Everyone who stayed had the best time.

Communication with the host was great, house was clean and tidy. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils etc. Plenty of space to relax in. Parking on site (though busy). Easy to locate. Access via lockbox was very handy.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Sofa's and beds are uncomfortable. Both bathrooms have loose taps. Cobwebs in showers, not very clean. Needs more cutlery. House is in need of some TLC. I wouldn't stay they again having the choice.
Nice by the canal but on a busy road, great staff and good food at a good price, I sat in the snug area which is very cozy there was a quiz going on in the main area which was well attended and sounded good fun.
The room I stayed in could do with a lick of paint and new heater and a new carpet, however it was very clean, furniture is good and comfortable. I got up late the next morning so I didn’t try breakfast but it smelled great. I would defiantly stay again.
Great little spot to stay only a few minutes drive from Birmingham and NEC ,great spacious room very clean and warm plenty of hot water , exceptional value for money ,,bar pool table ,TV ,music at weekends,has everything you need ,
