WE LOVED EVERYTHING! Upon arrival, the entrance and grounds are absolutely stunning. We were a little worried the actual accommodation wouldn't be able to compete but OH HOW WRONG WE WERE!! The cottage was perfect in every way; from cleanliness (spotlessly clean - not a hint of a cob web anywhere!) to the facilities provided. In addition to the usual suspects (washing machine, pans, cutlery, etc) there was a fantastic selection of crockery and glassware (including a lovely teapot and matching cups!) table linen, bed linen, hotel quality pillows and towels, even biscuits and fresh milk... honestly, it could not have been any more perfect!

Property clean and tidy on arrival.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Sofa's and beds are uncomfortable. Both bathrooms have loose taps. Cobwebs in showers, not very clean. Needs more cutlery. House is in need of some TLC. I wouldn't stay they again having the choice.
Nice by the canal but on a busy road, great staff and good food at a good price, I sat in the snug area which is very cozy there was a quiz going on in the main area which was well attended and sounded good fun.
The room I stayed in could do with a lick of paint and new heater and a new carpet, however it was very clean, furniture is good and comfortable. I got up late the next morning so I didn’t try breakfast but it smelled great. I would defiantly stay again.
Great little spot to stay only a few minutes drive from Birmingham and NEC ,great spacious room very clean and warm plenty of hot water , exceptional value for money ,,bar pool table ,TV ,music at weekends,has everything you need ,
