Celebrated Christmas with our family at Clare's Cottage. Nice festive touches throughout. A lovely welcome gift when we arrived. Cosy rooms with wood burners to keep out the winter chill. All the bedrooms and beds were super comfortable. For me the star of the show was the Aga. It was a dream to cook a Christmas meal in. Having never used one and being a little nervous of how to. It was easy to get the hang of and everything cooked to perfection. One very happy mum. It really was the heart of the cottage. The cottage is in stunning surroundings with plenty of amazing scenery. Totally recommend. Would love to return in warmer weather too.

Perfect for what we needed - a break off the m6 from a long journey up to Scotland - that’s also great value for money. In the past we’ve stayed at the Swan Inn as a treat, but with Bridge Cottage we could stay in the cottage, eat at the Swan! Total winner - We’ll do this again.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Booked last minute, but not disappointed in the slightest very clean and nice colour scheme throughout. It had everything that you'd need and felt homely instantly. We've already said we'd come again. 5 stars 🌟 👍
Excellent value for money and Andy the general manager helped me out to check in early due to my cirmcumstances which a releo was beyond expectation and am very grateful room was very clean and loved my status slept very well
