Location was great for us as we wanted a few days at West Wittering Beach.
The cottage itself was lovely, clean and had everything you needed, even some milk left for us in the fridge. There were 2 bedrooms, 1 x double bed and twin beds in other bedroom. Sofa bed in living room was very comfortable and extra bedding was provided on request.
We also took the hosts up on the many food spots they recommended, The Bull's Head was absolutely lovely with great portions. Kids loved the animals on site, especially the alpacas and donkeys. They also made good use of the trampoline and playground. They didn't want to leave the place.
Will definitely be staying here again!

Really homely feel to the property, comfortable and easy to relax. Lovely big driveway and safe secluded garden for our little dogs to run around in, whilst we sat and relaxed with a glass of wine! Short drive to beautiful beaches, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. ☺️ The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book ‘The Pigsty’ again next time we visit West Wittering.

Myself and my family absolutely loved this property. It was huge ! but also great for adults and children. We all had our own space if needed which was good but could all come together around a big dinner table.
The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the massage chair and big tv !
The hot tub was a bonus and the children loved the board games and ping pong . We had a lovely break and will book it again. Eric and Tatiana were very kind and helpful.

Clean, modernised room with comfy bedding, fluffy large towels and nice bathroom. Run separately from the pub downstairs, but they were supper helpful with parking etc, and we enjoyed a lovely pint in the sunny garden out the back after we arrive.

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay. It’s our 4th visit!! The ark has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. Sitting out on deck watching the birds, the tides and the sunrises and sunsets is so relaxing. Lovely food and drink at the huts just a few minutes walk away. Steph is so friendly and helpful too!! Can’t wait to go back!

This was a home from home. Very central for restaurants etc. We were trading at the Stansted garden show, so this was a great place for us to stay. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, we liked the simple decor and non fussy feel of the place.
Breakfast was excellent, team member serving us at breakfast was great and very chatty!
