Great responsive host who offered lots of tips & advice and was there to meet us on arrival. Hut was really cute & clean and well equipped, with a firepit next door. Lovely views of countryside and around 30 minute walk to the beach. Great access to bus stop from Cichester.Just what we needed for one night. Great for a summer staycation.

A quiet location conveniently located for many local attractions in the area. The barn was spacious & well equipped. We thought it could perhaps have benefited from an additional armchair in the lounge area without encroaching on the space. Looking over the deer park at the rear of the property was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent, team member serving us at breakfast was great and very chatty!
In general, the rooms and all other areas were very clean and well maintained.
Fabulous hosts - everything was very clean, we were welcomed to the property and shown where everything was. The garden and woodland area is lovely and peaceful - we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Breakfast items were a lovely extra touch.
The flat was very clean and adequately equipped. The location was perfect for us, being midway between pubs/food, and the Crematorium as the funeral was the main reason for our visit.

Brilliant place and very clean which surprised me very much. We often travel for work and I can say that not all places are same as in the adds. The Old Dairy Farm was exactly as described and even better.

Friendly staff. Room was lovely, very clean with everything you need and a comfy bed. Great breakfast with good choice of food in lovely dining room. We didn't use it but noticed when checking out that there was a well equipped gym. Plenty of on site parking. Nice quiet location but near enough to Emsworth and the water, also a local co-op within walking distance.
