We stayed in Room 5 (upstairs and not recomended for anyone with severe mobility issues due to the narrow stairs) - the other rooms would be reachable and accessable by those needing to use a wheelchair.
The property is located on the outskirts of a small villiage (that has a bakery, butchery, supermarket for all the small essentials for your own self catering).
Access from the location to major tourist attractions is easy to find.
The property certainly has a rustic countryside charm and feel to it with a definite naustalgic 1990s interior fitted fixtures vibe and it is even possible to stand outside and clearly see stars (sublime and quite priceless for us city folk).
Endless fresh air, away from the crowds and some areas dog friendly (not for everyone but an added bonus for pet lovers and those traveling with a pet).
If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton 5 stars or Leading Hotels of the World 5star Group, this is NOT it and it certainly makes no dishonest jest or pretence that it is.
A wonderful place to return to after the tourist attractions, peaceful, quiet and all the crearure comforts of a hot bath, a warm bed and a self catering kitchen for that meal you would like to have (WITHOUT the Netflix and the surround sound 68 inch plasma dolby tv or the 24hr room service or valet parking).
A genuinely qauint, exceptional good value for money, no excess frills setup would be an apt term to summarise.

Nice location, 25 min by walk to castle shuttle. Everything is new and clean, stylish decoration, fully equipped with all necessary tools, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. It was comfortable for 8 people. Thank you for your warm atmosphere and nice communication.

The house is comfortable, modern, tasteful and has everything you need, even a bottle of local apple juice as a welcome gift which the kids loved! There is space to park, there is a secluded garden and it was very easy to check in.

Everything was perfect! The house was amazing, cozy and fully equipped!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Comfy room, very clean, the bed was really comfy. Big and clean bathroom. The staff was super friendly and made an effort to speak English. The breakfast was plentiful, a lot of options, delicious fresh croissants. Free parking. WI Fi worked well.
Lovely holiday home equipped with everything you need. Centrally located between Saint Malo and Saint Mont Michel. We received lots of advice of what to see in the area. We had a wonderful stay!
It was a pleasure staying here, we were sorry to leave after just 2 nights. The room was very very clean, all facilities- kitchen, laundry, beds- were excelent. The kids had a great time. very close to st malo (40min) and to the amazing mont st michel (20min). The host was freindly and helped with whatever we needed, he seems a very good and interesting man.
Very clean and quiet. It had everything a person could need for a short stay. It is really near famous cities and sites but you do need a car to reach them. The owner is extremely informative and helpful.
