A brilliant location. Relaxing and a beautiful quiet place to stay getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. Tanya was an exceptional hostess and if we needed anything we only had to ask. I would recommend this little converted fishermen's cottage to any couple wanting to have a quiet retreat. The little harbour is idealic and extremely relaxing. There are two restaurants nearby but if you wanted to stay in you can order anything from pizza, spaghetti bolognaise to schnitzel. I cannot recommend this little cottage any higher than exceptional and a 'one-off' little gem. Thank you Tanya (Jane from UK and Lynda from Berlin - sisters).

The house is very clean, everything is new, there's lots of facilities and utilities in the house (one could technically live here permanently), there's a nice outside terrace on the first floor, it's very quiet because located in a cul de sac. Excellent internet and ample spaces to sit (good furniture too).

Warm welcome on arrival and our hosts kindly checked later to make sure we had everything that we needed. Lovely friendly couple and easy to deal with.
The accommodation is stunning with traditional timber beams spanning the length of the apartment, and is beautifully decorated. Very clean and comfortable.
Bus stop is very close for access to Mainz and onwards.

The location was great, in a characterful street, within easy reach of Gonsenheim high street with its shops, cafés, restaurants, tram and bus links into Mainz. A supermarket is a short walk away.
The property is in a quiet spot and contains every you need for a long or short stay.
The communication from the host before the stay was friendly and helpful.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Good value for money. The hotel is very clean, beds and facilities are comfortable, and the breakfast is very nice. For a large hotel like this it was also very quiet at night.
The location was excellent, a short walk to the main train station and it was very quiet, even though it was located very close to the train tracks. 15 mins walk from historic centre.
Plenty of eateries nearby. Hotel was modern, staff very welcoming, room/bathroom was very spacious and clean, beds comfy.
The breakfast choice was good and the area was kept very clean. Items regularly topped up.
