This place was VERY CLEAN, very quiet and relaxing. The staff is so calm, and helpful. The best feature of this place and the one we were very thankful for was the free community laundry. With all the water activity in the area this was such a great help. Keep up the great work and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Jordi's house is amazing! We stay in LA fortuna all the time and this has been our favorite spot! The location is perfect, it's quiet, it's so clean and comfortable. If you have dogs this place is perfect! It's fully enclosed so you can let your dogs go out without worrying about them. That's a big deal for us with our 2 pugs because many places that allow dogs aren't fully enclosed. So we recommend Jordi's house. We loved it. And he was so kind and accommodating!

The property is away from La Fortuna which is great if you like peace and quiet and don't mind a drive to town. The surrounding area is beautiful and we saw many great birds including Tucans in the area and also enjoyed a morning hike in the jungle.

The property had a beautifully manicured lawn front and back, and the kitchen was well stocked. There were lovely cut flowers in vases to greet us inside the property.
The bedroom has AC (a converted shipping container) but the rest of the house is open to the air (which is a nice combination).
Lots of birds in the back area, and generally quiet. It felt like a suburb (for better or worse). Definitely more quiet than the town of la Fortuna which seemed pretty rowdy.
The twin tub washer was a life saver and part of the reason we chose this rental. We were able to do a load of laundry mid-trip and hang everything on the rack outside, keeping baggage to a minimum.
