It was in a quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of amenities. There was privacy. The host was very nice. The property management company was helpful. Owner of property is very nice. Like that we were not in all the congestion of downtown. Liked that it was easy access to things around the outside of the city. Still very close to multiple restaurants. Very nice stay. Would stay again!

Great location and good value . Directly across the road from the water and nice little beach with lovely walking trail . Staff very friendly and accommodating . Rooms were very clean and and well appointed .
The Wessex Inn is great value for the price you're paying. The building & grounds are well maintained, & the rooms are spacious & very clean. The staff were very helpful & friendly, & the location is a stones throw from the ocean. And it's always nice to find a place that welcomes your pets as well as you. Highly recommend.
Older building but all facilities/accessories still in VERY good shape! Rooms were well supplied with nearly full-sized fridge/freezer, beds were super comfy, bathrooms very clean! And the view from the balcony was lovely, right out to the water across the street! For all of this, great price!
Very clean and well organized. Easy to find just off the highway not too far from the Swartz Bay ferry. I would absolutely stay there again when I’m the Duncan area.
Room was very clean and amenities were well thought of and practical and complete kitchen! While the room itself was dated, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very attentive and helpful as we asked for a late check in. Solution was very practical and allowed for a seamless check in. Location was great, and breakfast recommendation was spot on.
