We received a really warm welcome when we arrived at the property from the owner/host, who couldn’t have done more to take the time to show us the property and facilities.
The property was well equipped with everything we needed. The garden is large and well kept, although due to the time of year and our plans we didn't make use of the garden and patio facilities, but I would imagine it would be lovely to use.
The property is located in a semi rural setting but local facilities shops etc can all be reached by car.
We found it well located for day trips to Namur (6 miles), Ghent (79 miles) and Dinant (22 miles) all of which make for excellent visits.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, the living accommodation is a decent size (the second bedroom is small), bathroom is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need.
There is private off road parking within the property boundary, it's a little tricky the first couple of times, but with helpful guidance from the owner you soon get used to it.
