Very cosy house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family of 9! One room even had a child’s bed, additionally to an extra single bed, which was great.
We didn’t meet Tanja, but were in contact by messages, and felt very welcome with the cookies etc. waiting for us in the house! She also sells some of her farm products there, which is convenient when you don’t want to go shopping right away (e.g. eggs, jam, oil,..). The kitchen was very well equipped, as were the bathrooms (all 3 with hairdryers, one with a big tub and washer & dryer (for an extra cost).
The location is also quite convenient for lots of different excursions a little further away (Salzburg, Porsche Erlebniswelt, Hallstatt,..)
We can also recommend Gasthaus Ölgraben for a tasty austrian meal, 10mins away by car. The first night we used the recommended pizza delivery service Gazis Pizzaservice and were not disappointed!
Make sure to walk to the end of the street the house is situated on, to have a great view of the lake Mondsee!

The owner was very helpful and kind. There was an issue with hot water, but the owner came immediately and fixed the problem. The house was modern and the beds were super comfortable. Good location near lakes, waterfalls and Salzburg city.

A very very kind host the owner of the apartment. The apartment was big and comfortable. I have read some comments which are so funny, really. You guys should be embarrassed. The apartment yes of course it’s not new built in 2025. If you want an apartment like they search for it and pay the amount that you should 😉

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The hotel boasts a remarkable location with stunning views overlooking Mondsee lake and the surrounding mountains. Although our stay was brief, the establishment exudes a tranquil and relaxing ambiance. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. Additionally, our room was very clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a fantastic view from the balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to extending our stay on our next visit.
Very clean and modern hotel with an electric chimney. Comfortable to stay for a few nights, Towels and tea/coffee are provided.The hotel is located 10 mins walk from Mondsee, and you wake up with the sounds of birds and a mountain river next to the building, We stayed there for the second time and it was a pleasure both times. Very easy to check-in and check-out without additional communication with the stuff.
I would say, everything was almost perfect. Rooms were very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfy. You can get paper bag to pack the rest of your breakfast to go.
The apartment is perfectly suitable for a couple and one extra person.
It was very clean and offered all the equipment one could expect. It was particularly appreciated to have a coffee machine with some coffee capsules available and to see a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, together with some tasty chocolates for all of us !
The towels were clean, and the TV functional, perfect to watch some movies on Netflix in the evening, after a nice restaurant in the city.
