The house is as new as the photos show. The beds are comfortable, big rooms and space enough for 4 people. Easy check and check out. Very quiet for sleep when windows are close (very good isolation). The two baths are very clean. Kitchen good for breakfast (we did not cook meals there). Two small fridges for cooling things.
Parking slot in the street near by.
The smell people complains is not that big issue. You are in the countryside and with windows close, there is no smell inside.
Situated in Melk, Altstadthaus Marille mit Innenhofterrasse features accommodation with a private pool, a patio and city views.

The accomodation was like according to our expectations. There was plenty of space for the five of us. The location is prefect since it is right in the middle of town. The wifi is fast and strong. The rooms are clean.

It was absolutely amazing. This place is a perfect mix of charm and art. The five bedrooms are super comfy with luxurious beds, and the bathrooms are just as impressive—big walk-in showers and elegant bathtubs.
One of the best parts was the butler service. It made us feel so taken care of, from preparing dinner to making sure we had everything we needed. The garden is a private paradise, with a sparkling pool, sun loungers, and even a sauna and fitness area. It was so relaxing, we hardly wanted to leave. But when we did, the Wachau region didn’t disappoint—there’s so much to explore, from hiking trails and castles to amazing local restaurants.
Plus, it’s just an hour’s drive from Vienna, so it’s easy to get to, but feels like a total escape. If you’re looking for the perfect hideaway with top-notch service and a great atmosphere, it is the perfect spot.

The house was spaceous and well-equipped. The neighbourhood was wery quiet and nice.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Gorgeous newly refurbished apartment in the town center. It was very clean and stylish, located in a historical building. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was very good.
