The personnel at the reception was really friendly and helpful with information and restaurant reservations. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The nearest ski lift in Brixen is a few minutes driving distance. You can reach by car both Brixen and Kitzbuhel ski areas. All in all, a great accommodation for a ski vacation.
The property is 1min away from the gondola, it is very clean, and looks better than the photos. The bathrooms are modern and new. The apartment is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. There is also a storage for ski and boots in the building. The prices are very low compared to the other apartments in the area. The property is definitely worth it for the price.

I like very much the location in a lovely tirolian village, the entire building was new, clean and nicely decorated, the room was very clean with daily cleaning, good and appetizing breakfast, the garden was beautiful with many flowers, the host was friendly and warm, fridge with different drinks at good prices was available 24/7, very nice view from our balcony. There are many activities you can do in this area in summer days: hiking, cycling, visiting Innsbruck and Salzburg, swimming, events like music festival or flower parade.
