Big and nice living room, many appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, very warm. The house in overall big and not dirty, good sound isolation. 15 minutes walking for snowboarders to the ski lifts, too much walking for skiers but bus station is close and tickets for bus were provided by the owner. 2 separate toilets and 2 showers that makes it easier to prepare for big group of people.

Extremely clean, very spacious house. Looks like the photos. Light filled rooms, large windows with a view. Comfortable temperature indoors. Beautiful decor and fittings. Nice linens in the bedroom. Laundry, dryer, and airing room appreciated. Lots of storage in the laundry for clothes, as there is no storage in the main bedroom. Dedicated office space for those who need it. The location is great, 15 mins walking distance from the train station, 10 mins to the SkiWelt and 4 mins to the supermarket. There is parking on site for those who drive. Separate toilets/showers were great for our big group too. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, with dishwasher and cleaning products provided. Coffee pods provided. A gift of beer and wine in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay in our accommodation in Kufstein. The house is lovely and in a fantastic location. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant and a short walk gets you to the city centre, the river promenade, the train station, supermarkets or right into the beautiful nature in and around Kufstein, all within walking distance.
The house itself had everything we needed and more. A huge and squeaky clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms and a welcoming and practical living space. The friendly hosts made us feel right at home within minutes. We couldn't have asked for more! The pictures online are 100 % accurate.

Very clean and spacious house, perfect location in a quiet area with a fantastic view!
Everything was well arranged by our host and we felt properly welcomed upon arrival.
Great for kids as the living room is also quite spacious and they had plenty of play space. Also loved the big bathtub.
Really nice apartment, with a big balcony, very clean and with all the necessary appliances. Underground garage and ski room available. The personnel at the reception was really friendly and helpful with information and restaurant reservations. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The nearest ski lift in Brixen is a few minutes driving distance. You can reach by car both Brixen and Kitzbuhel ski areas. All in all, a great accommodation for a ski vacation.
The property is 1min away from the gondola, it is very clean, and looks better than the photos. The bathrooms are modern and new. The apartment is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. There is also a storage for ski and boots in the building. The prices are very low compared to the other apartments in the area. The property is definitely worth it for the price.

I like very much the location in a lovely tirolian village, the entire building was new, clean and nicely decorated, the room was very clean with daily cleaning, good and appetizing breakfast, the garden was beautiful with many flowers, the host was friendly and warm, fridge with different drinks at good prices was available 24/7, very nice view from our balcony. There are many activities you can do in this area in summer days: hiking, cycling, visiting Innsbruck and Salzburg, swimming, events like music festival or flower parade.
