This villa is in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. We had breakfast included, it was excellent! We purchased dinner and it was a full course meal full of healthy and delicious soup, salad, potatoes, meat, soufflé, homemade bread, roasted veggies and fruit. It was a delight to be surrounded by the majestic Albanian mountains. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a place to rest after the many hikes available in the area.

Beautiful cottage, very spacious, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities, including an outdoors bbq area. Extra comfortable beds and linens. The hosts were amazing, they gave us precise location and check-in instructions, as well as tips on what to do/where to go. The area is super quiet, surrounded by nature, and yet a few minutes' walk to the bars restaurants area.

We had the villa and it had 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are good size and so is the living room.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, lovely outdoor space and very clean room. They let us have our car parked in their parking during the day after we checked out.
The family who owns it is very nice and kind, very close to the center and perfect to start hikes. Nice hot water in Albanian style bathroom, very clean and great breakfast. Very comfortable stay.
The terrace in front of the house is nice to sit and have a drink or play a card game. Here is also the breakfast served in the morning, which is a buffet and very nice! We enjoyed there self-made breakfast while gazing at the mountain view.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The son speaks English and helped us to translate. They allowed us to use one their kitchen to boil some pasta we still had with us - so lovely!
We really liked our summer stay, the daughter is very nice and helpful, we loved the meal, the surroundings, overall it's a real magical traditional house. We really recommend to people that don't mind walking and hiking and exploring, that don't need modern and luxury facilities, to people that like old farm houses, simplicity. Everything was very clean.
Very clean rooms, lovely location just out of Theth (20 min away by foot) but perfectly located in relation to the start of the Theth-Valbona hike. The staff was nice and the breakfast is quite good and with a decent variety of options. Nice garden where to chill pre or post hikes.
