Situated along the garden route, only 2 km from Franschhoek, Lavender Farm Guest House is nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains. Guests can relax on a sun lounger, poolside, under an umbrella. The room was a very nice size and layout, and it was clean. After having stayed in a few different air bnb the previous nights, the shower pressure was amazing.

Boasting a splendid setting between mountains and sea, this charming Provençal style guesthouse is set in the historic town centre of Hermanus, overlooking the picturesque Old Harbour. The service is exceptional! nothing was too much trouble and the team went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The front desk arranged dinner bookings for us. Breakfast is included the luxury of an a la carte menu, the coffee, pasties and cooked breakfast prepared and served professionally. The spa treatment (couples massage) is out of this world - again one of the best we’ve experienced. Overall this was the best place we’ve stayed in, in Hermanus.

Featuring a patio with city views, a garden and a shared lounge, 20 On Somerset can be found in Swellendam, close to Drostdy Museum and 2 km from Swellendam Golf Course. You really feel being a guest. Wonderful view from the terras.

Located in Cape Town and only 8.4 km from World of Birds, Devonport House - Constantia provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable facilities in a location just above constantia village. Excellent continental breakfast plus complimentary hot drinks at any time. Reasonably priced honesty bar, paid on departure. Laundry service available. Great hosts, efficient but not formal. Appreciate the lifts to local restaurants and sights from their driver ( Pinto). We did not have a hire a car but the lifts provided were offered at a good price, as is uber if you are stuck. Jenn & jacques make you feel totally at home. One evening we did not feel like going out so we ordered in from a local restaurant. Very much appreciated to be able to do this. Special mention to the gorgeous gardens and pool.

Set in Struisbaai and only 5.7 km from Agulhas National Park, Cliff Haven offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Probably the best acommodation on our SA trip. Everything was just perfect and better than expected. Definetely would stay again.

Featuring garden views, Plaisir Estate Accommodation provides accommodation with patio, around 9.4 km from Boschenmeer Golf Course. This is probably one of the most historical and luxurious stays I have ever enjoyed. Our suite was located inside an old Cape Dutch house. The adjective "enormous" can be applied to the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the dining room, the sitting room and the kitchen. The perfectly kept gardens integrated into the surrounding Western Cape mountain landscape. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and could not take advantage of the magic swimming pool located nearby. We were welcomed by a charming, friendly person who helped us find our way around our suite.

A very interesting option for people who want to visit Cape Town and the surrounding area. Great location right by the ocean, clean and comfortably equipped rooms, tasty breakfast, secured facility, parking available. perfect location for trips to the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Town and surrounding vineyards. Very nice and helpful owner.
