Set 1 km from Cat Co 2 Beach, Napoli Hostel offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. It's a new hostel and everything was super clean and fresh. The room was quite cozy, the bed and the locker were very comfortable and easy to use. It was the most soft and comfortable bed/mattress I've had in my entire trip in Vietnam. The owner Gem is a great host, she helped me a lot with booking tours, taxis and even tried to find the best and cheapest options for me and was upset that I didn't warn her earlier about my travel plans so she could have booked me a better, cheaper and more convenient transport. There's a cafe with the same name and they had a 10%discount for the guests from the hostel just need to take the coupon from the counter.

Facilities is good and also location is good as well as in front of Lake. Food was very delicious. We ate vegetable noodles and it was delicious. While my stay the host Mrs Phuong and his family have party and they invited us so we enjoyed delicious chicken. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended to spend time with mrs Phuong's kid. Actually he knows better english than me. Her husband is very friendly and they greet us continuously. In short, I highly recommend to stay with Mrs Phuong and her family. I guess best hospitality in cat ba Island.

She helped us with all our needs - to rent a motorbike, to book a boat tour for decent price. Our room on the 5th floor had an amazing sea view. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Thái Bảo Hotel is a 2-star property located in Cat Ba, facing the sea. Everything! We had a beautiful view of the promenade and the sea! We accidentally left something behind and the staff were so lovely in helping us organise for it to be posted to us! I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
