It was spotlessly clean and its countryside location made it a restful haven. To be surrounded by fields and in quiet surroundings was perfect. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent and extra bonus marks for providing a rubber bath mat to stand on when showering. You do not see that little touch too often. The breakfast bar which doubled as a restaurant and bar during the day and into the evening provided a perfect place to eat or relax after a day out. Adam and Andrea were perfect hosts, too. They were friendly and relaxed and happy to help with anything. I can not fault this establishment. My five nights with them were all outstanding value for money.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, far surpassed my expectations. It was real, fresh cooked hot breakfast and options changed daily. There was a clean dog park right across the street that was great for our dog that was traveling with us.

When I arrived, the owner suggested we visit the Missouri river during sunset and it was beautiful. Perfect swim before the end of the day. The laundry machines were priced well and worked wonderfully. Breakfast was exactly as I expected and the kids enjoyed themselves.
