The place was very clean; the owner is very accessible via messages and calls, they answer as quickly as possible. The rooms had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was so easy to find. Also, the owner has moved us few days before our arrival in the first floor and we had the best private time the first few days of our stay. We really enjoyed this time and it was really thoughtful of the owner for doing so.

Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. The lake house was amazing. Beautiful property. The house is magnificent. We met new friends during our stay. Everyone was really great. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was a really nice touch. The property was very clean and comfortable! Well supplied with all the essentials. it was a great value for location.

Set in a converted mill dating from 1870, this unique boutique Inn sits on the banks of the Mill River, 5 miles from downtown Northampton. Set in a beautiful calm location next to a river. Newly renovated spacious stylish and clean room. Very good beer they sell on site and delicious baked goods. Deb was especially nice and helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. Recommend!
