My spouse and I stayed in this property during October 2023 for one week. The owner of the property was very helpful to us. The kitchen has all the things needed to prepare meals. By taxi we reached any part of Boston easily. In terms of value, it is a very affordable place to stay if compared with the price in other neighborhoods of Boston which are close to downtown.

Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Compliments to the chef. Only slight issue was delay from ordering to serving but this is a National problem - shortage of staff.

The room was big, very very clean. Lots of little thoughtful touches: a full size soap dispenser with pump, coffee machine with creamer, different teas, a couple of water bottles, lots of places to put and hang your things, lots of electric outlets. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall. Right across the bridge there's a nice tavern that serves cocktails and excellent brick oven pizza. I think it's now my favourite inn in the Amherst area.

This waterfront inn boasts an on-site marina that is filled with boats during the summer season. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and views of the harbor or city. A spacious room with a great view. Comfortable bead and delicious breakfast served right to our room. Many nice spots along the waterfront within walking distance.
