I didn't have breakfast as I don't think breakfast was included. I did make myself a couple cups of tea in the kitchen/dining area. I think you could have used some of your own food in that facility. This is a wonderful place to stay. Most highly recommended. I would definitely try to book it if I were to visit New Orleans again. It is walkable from the train station although Google Maps does not provide the best route for getting there.

It had everything I could possibly need, and it’s decorated so beautifully. You have to experience it for yourself. Lore was very accomodating, I could reach out to her if I needed anything. I had the pool to myself when I used it, and there were even nice pool towels and a pool house for changing and rinsing off etc. The place was very cleanly and everything is high quality. High ceilings and lots of room to lounge and feel at home. I also loved being able to use all of the kitchen amenities when I wanted to reheat some leftovers. This was the best place I’ve stayed at in a long time. I plan to book again in the coming months.

Very accommodating and comforting location! This location beat the price of any hotel in the area and French Quarter vicinity. Parking is free, too! Very few offer free parking and are in walking distance to public transportation and the French Quarter. Don't let the area scare you. Everyone is polite, and the neighbors are always helpful. Chris, the property manager, is a very sweet young man. His crew will not leave you disappointed! My family will be booking with them directly in the future when we are back in New Orleans!

The host was very accommodating and sweet. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the atmosphere very homey, clean and tastefully decorated.

The approach to the house is great; nice neighborhood and easy to locate. Once there I was greeted by Ms. Johnny, the lady who owns the house, after that she was nice to give us a brief tour of the house. Every room was clean and well designed with an old fashioned air about the place. There are plenty of pictures of her and family in every room showing her long history. The facilities on the property were well stocked. The bed was fantastic with fresh sheets that are layered well and semi firm mattress that is comfortable and provides maneuverability. There are two TVs, both with streaming services, that are located in the living room and bedroom. My partner and I were given privacy with our host only a phone call and short trip away.
