Found Clorox wipes under the sink (my husband was sick and wanted to wipe down some surfaces). Needed scissors to cut off some tags and was pleasantly surprised to find some in the first drawer I opened. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well appointed.

They went above and beyond what we were expecting in making our getaway special, and there were so many amenities, including good food and drinks, and extra special touches that they have thought of – I've already been recommending them and their beautiful, cozy guest house to friends and family!

Waesy to adjust the temperature at will. Extras of anything well at hand. Little kitchenette made mornings and evenings a breeze.

Very tastefully restored building. Extremely clean and comfortable. Seriously better than a 5 star hotel. We got a very warm welcome from Justin and everyone we met in town were so friendly.We stopped on way from O’Hare to Springfield and sorry we only had a one night stay as it’s a beautiful small town with lots of character and good eating places. We had dinner in Sovereign , a one minute walk away as recommended and had a lovely meal.
