Even though located in the heart of the Medina, the area was very calm and peaceful. The building and rooms are very tastefully decorated and the services were all very well-done. Breakfast was available even during Ramadan and the staff were very attentive. The hammam was clean, warm, and lovely and the attendants were extremely kind. You are within 3 minutes from the Zitouna mosque, most of the Souk, and the ministerial buildings. I slept very peacefully in the comfortable bed, there was coffee and snacks made available, and the bathroom is well equipped.

The view from the rooms and from the breakfast terrace are unparalleled perhaps anywhere in the Mediterranean. If you get one of the sea facing rooms as we did, you will not want to leave. You wake up to a view of the Bay of Carthage with the Cape Bon peninsula stretching out in the distance. Just below is the view of the marina and to the left the famous Cafe des Delices. Its simply divine.

From the moment you step in, You’ll fall in love with this place. A beautiful well designed villa & every peace of furniture is well thought out. Anna was amazing, generous & one of the kindest hosts I’ve ever met. We missed our original flight & she was kind enough not to charge us for the 1st night. Anna even made us breakfast and gave us some great recommendations. I can’t thank her enough. The staff were attentive and genuine. Highly recommended.

Maison Dedine- Smálússuhótel - Fullorðnir Aðeins er boðið upp á gistirými við ströndina í 500 metra fjarlægð frá Sidi Bou Said-ströndinni og er með ýmis konar aðstöðu, svo sem ókeypis reiðhjól, verönd... The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. Thanks to all at Maison Dedine, look forward to seeing you all again soon Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Dar Misk la Marsa í La Soukra býður upp á gistirými sem eru aðeins fyrir fullorðna, útisundlaug, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. Gistirýmið er með garðútsýni og verönd. A very nice lady and the hotel is very calm and good.

Facing the seafront in La Marsa, Dar Corniche La Marsa (Adults Only) is a guest house, featuring a year-round outdoor pool and parking on-site. Staff was fantastic. Great breakfast. Quiet and peaceful location.

El Patio Courtyard House er gistihús sem er til húsa í sögulegri byggingu í Tunis, 17 km frá Salammbo Tophet-fornleifasafninu. Það er með verönd og útsýni yfir borgina. The property is situated in the very center of the old part - Medina. The property it self has a vibe of past times and it's nicely decorated. The stuff was very nice and the breakfast tasty and plentiful.

Dar Souad er með borgarútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með baði undir berum himni, garði og bar, í um 1,4 km fjarlægð frá Corniche-ströndinni. Everything was great, place, breakfast/dinners, atmosphere, hosts. Thanks to Dar Douads recommendation we used BOLT app to have fast, traceable and cheap taxi rides all over the city. Strongly recommend to use it’s service from airport which will cost around 20 dinars, not more. There is a great shop nearby to buy really nice honey, nuts, olive oil, etc… check the name of the shop with hosts

Located in the Medina of Tunis, 12 km from Tunis-Carthage international airport, Dar Ben Gacem is a traditional-style accommodation which offers free Wi-Fi access and a terrace overlooking the city. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, a few minutes of walking distance to the souq and Medina. The breakfast was delicious and big thanks to Reem who made our stay feels more like home!
