Featuring a terrace, Kohyao Non Bay features accommodation in Ban Nai Wat. We expected much less because of the cheap price. It was spacious, extremely clean, and very peaceful property away from tourist spots. Only ten minute walk from the beach, but I would recommend renting a bike, which is easy to do because the staff offer it! Amazing restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away. We were very happy with the property.

Sunrise over the water was very beautiful! Restaurant served great food. You can hire scooters from here. We also got picked up and dropped off at the pier for a charge. Jum speaks very good English so that was great for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we had a flat tyre while riding around and she got someone to come out to where we were with a spare tyre. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again

Relaxing House Koh Yao Yai features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Ko Yao Yai. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. This family is very helpful and friendly ❤️ they organised for us free pick up from the pier and also booked the best possible transfer to our next destination. They were bringing to us delicious breakfast every Morning. I hope to come back there one day to spend time in this beautiful place once again.

Nice, calm and well-maintained place. We enjoyed our stay there. Double rooms are still brand new, so everything looks good and is functional. The room is well designed, it had everything we needed. It was clean. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Beach blankets available. FYI bungalows stand separate but have a terrace facing common area and no "kitchen" (= outside sink). Double rooms are newer and have an amazing terrace facing garden, but you have neighbours and it could be annoying if they are too loud (we were lucky).

The owner kindly left us delicious local snacks, bottled water & coffee sachets each mornings for breakfast. The grounds of the property are beautiful, with a huge pond full of fish and there are even buffalo grazing in the fields next door.
