The property has an outdoor dining area. A few days before our arrival I got a message from the manager offering a free ride to the hotel from the ferry pier, which we appreciated a lot. He took us back to the pier on our departure. He recommended us very good places to eat and things to do. The rooms were spacious and clean and provided all needed (water in the fridge, coffee, cream, tea, and kettle). There are mosquito nets on all the windows which help a lot to keep the room free of insects. The air-conditioner worked perfect. We had free bicycles to explore the island.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Had everything you need including a microwave and a hob if you want to cook sometimes. Great location, quiet at night, only a 10 min walk to Soi Buckhou if that's your thing. A few mins to the beach via Taxi bike. Plenty if shops and paces to eat in the local area. Good gym and pool. Great host. Recommended
It has the exact same name of the adjacent Hostel just adding the "& Guesthouse". This is the bad one though. Sketchy room on the third floor of a beauty salon in a prostitution street. There is balcony, fridge and kettle. no socket for charging on the bed. BOOK on the JOMTIEN BEACH HOSTEL just next door, that's the one you were looking for. This is not even that cheap if you think that with 3-400 baht you can find private rooms.
Communication with host= top notch, clean, good AC, great location, pool nice size, good communication with pool crew, quiet and relaxing, good kitchen, laundry machine easy to use, have booked for 2 extra months!

Great location, great price, very quiet rooms, spacious as well. This is cheaper than most AirBnBs in the area but with more amenities and independence. Totally recommended for couples or solo tourists.
