Wonderful guesthouse on Soi 3, Pattaya. Nice quiet friendly area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Walking distance to the beach, public transport (baht bus) and some of the livelier parts of town. Good location. Clean room. Good assistence in getting to and from the hotel with saleng pickup service. Helpful in arranging a tuktuk or motobike. The 2 rooms at the front have a nice balcony overlooking the street. The hotel has 2 locations, we stayed at the better location, close to the main street leading to the pier.

Location was near the hills of Chonburi, so it was pretty quiet. Room was spacious. Facilities were clean, the room service came and cleaned our room very quickly. Breakfast was good with many food choices. There were even rabbits roaming around the hotel to look at. Very worth the price!
Great location, very good view, excellent breakfast, very nice services and grounds. Honestly it's one of the best stays I've ever had. On global standards it's so good for price. Thai standard it is comparatively expensive but when you stay here you see it is actually quite low price as it's extremely high standard for $60usd a night.
