The location is convenient since it’s walking distance to many attractions and services like pharmacy, cafes, and night markets. We also had no safety issues. Breakfast is always delicious. Aside from those mentioned, the best thing about this guesthouse is that it feels like home. The staff and the owner are so kind, warm, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early because the room was already available and even let us eat breakfast. When we had to leave earlier than breakfast time because of a tour, they even offered to pack us some mango sticky rice. When came back to get our stored luggage, they even said we can shower in the shared bathroom even when we have already checked out. They made us feel like part of a family and genuinely cared about giving us the best stay. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

I really loved my stay at this charming guest house in the old town of Chiang Mai. The owner is a lovely man who provides you with a leaflet of useful information on local attractions and restaurants etc on your arrival and can book anything you need for you. The location is ideal, very quiet with plenty of local restaurants nearby and only a short walk to Tha Phae gate. The staff also do a wonderful job of servicing your room on a daily basis. If you a looking for a guest house in Chiang Mai old town look no further.

The room was super super cute and true to pictures. The couple who run the joint are so lovely and very helpful, plus I love Dumdum the cat very much. My favourite place I’ve stayed over 3 weeks of travelling, great location and great facilities.

The hotel is amazing, starting from the staff. Our host was Nude and nice at the beginning she helped us a lot with some guides and with the operation about the transfer. The facilities are excellent as well as the pool. We definitely would book this hotel again if we come back to Thailand.

My daughter loved to play with all the many pillows in the room and observe Thai kindergarten across the street. Stayed in 5 different places in Chiangmai but had the best sleep here !
